• Read: My Many Colored Days
• Activity: Animal Color Match-up
• Read: Ten Apples Up on Top
• Activity: Turtle Stack—Count how many turtles we can stack without them falling
• Activity: Color your own Dr. Seuss hat!

K-2 Dr. Seuss Outline

• Who is Dr. Seuss? Can you name some of his books?
• Read: There’s a Wocket in my Pocket!
• Play: What’s in the pocket? (Pull items out of the pockets, name them and then think of a word that rhymes with that object.)
• Read: Yertle the Turtle
• Activity: Stack the turtles. See how many students can stack without them falling.
• Activity: Color your own Dr. Seuss hat!

Grades 3-5 Dr. Seuss Outline

• Who is Dr. Seuss?
• Dr. Seuss multiple choice quiz
• Dr. Seuss trivia – fiction or non-fiction? (True or False?)
